How to Temper in Wayfinder

Wayfinder is an MMO free-to-play game that focuses on finding your own path as you try to become a Wayfinder. You’ll meet interesting characters during your journey and fight horrendous foes. In most MMO games you’ll notice different ways to boost your powers or enhance your weapons. There are a few methods that can help you advance, but for now, we’re going to focus on tempering. How to use Temper in Wayfinder

New players will come across the word temper at some point during their gameplay. If you’re trying to increase your weapon stats you’ll need to focus on tempering. Once you’ve acquired your first weapon you’ll notice in the menu that there are sockets. You’ll need to add echoes to these sockets and in order to unlock them you’ll have to use temper. Always remember, if your echo is high, it means your weapon will perform better. What is tempering and how can you use it in Wayfinder?

If you want to get started with tempering so you can add more echos to your sockets you’re going to want to follow these steps. First, you’re going to want to get your hands on Gloom stones because they’re important for leveling. In order to use tempering you’ll need to find Gloom stones to use. You can start using Tempering once you have gained the acquired level for your weapon. Tempering helps to improve your weapons stats, and once it’s fully upgraded, you can reinforce it at the Weapon Master located in Skylight.

How to Upgrade your Weapon in Wayfinder

A weapon is fully powerful once it is upgraded and brought to the Weapon Master in Skylight. If you want to become strong in Wayfinder you’re going to want to upgrade it completely. You can notice what level your weapon is by going into your weapons menu. Check the bottom left corner of the weapon icon and check what level it is. If you want to upgrade your weapon you’re going to want to get Gloom stones and Gold. Once you have the materials you can level up your weapon until it reaches the maximum level of 30.
