Aside from all of that wonder comes the duty of building up the town in Dreamlight Valley, the way you want. Of course, you can move the town around to fit how you’d like, but you also bring the businesses that encompass your town back from their abandoned state. Today, we’ll explain how you can repair these old shops and restore Dreamlight Valley to its glory.

How to Repair the Village in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Disney Dreamlight Valley has a lot of different kinds of things you’ll need to either repair or build from scratch. Either way, it’s all pretty important in the grand scheme of things and can really have some great advantages from a gameplay perspective. Some sell you things, some help you forage a bit easier, and others just allow you to meet new friends and level up your Avatar. The one thing they all have in common? They cost a lot of Star Coins to bring to life.

When it comes to stores to repair in Dreamlight Valley, you’ll see a construction sign with everyone’s favorite rich duck, Scrooge. These signs indicate that this location can be repaired. Each location initially has to be invested in before it can be used and then can be upgraded twice in order to give players more out of it. It’s a great incentive really but will have a heavy cost of Star Coins.

Here are the various types of businesses that can be repaired and upgraded:

  • Chez Remy – Restaurant
  • Scrooge McDuck’s Store – Clothing and Furniture Store
  • Kristoff’s Stall – Crafting Material Store
  • Goofy’s Stalls – Crop Selling Store

Aside from businesses, you can also repair other things around the Valley such as the important Wishing Wells that you’ll need to use for Fast Traveling purposes. Each one only needs to be repaired once and then is open for business. Just walk up to them and pay the price to repair them. Some are locked until you’ve progressed further in the story though.

Additionally, you can build homes for the Disney friends you make along the way. These types of buildings have certain requirements that have to be met in order to build them so make sure to pay attention to those aspects. You can also help characters live their own dreams by building things like Moana’s Boat and Wall-E’s Garden which can be upgraded up to 9 times respectively. Places like these help in allowing you to churn more foraged items.

So that’s all there is to know about repairing your village in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Though it will most definitely cost you a ton of Star Coins, it’ll all be worth it by the end.
