How to Learn Lumos in Hogwarts Legacy

Fortunately, you won’t have to go off the beaten path to learn Lumos. It is one of the first spells (after Revelio) that you learn in the game. During the intro, you’ll come across a statue with Professor Fig, which you will need to cast Revelio on. The statue requires that you line up the reflection using Lumos, so Fig will teach you the spell.

To learn the spell, you want to line up the symbol properly. To do so, follow the direction of the symbol with the thumbstick or mouse and press the corresponding buttons or keys when you approach the appropriate spot on the symbol. The goal here is to reach the end of the symbol in time. Once you accomplish this, you will learn Lumos (which will take up one of your spell slots).

After you use Lumos to line up the reflection, you will have a fight on your hands! Fortunately, you already learned the basic attack spell, so good luck.
