How to Kill 1 Operator or Juggernaut from Heavy Chopper in Warzone 2.0 DMZ – Rain or Hellfire Mission Guide

Raining down from above, or simply from the back of a Chopper

I imagine Activision had it in their heads that this would look much cooler than what the outcome was. Whilst completing the ‘Rain or Hellfire’ Mission with a Squad can look like a crazy image from the POV of other Operators in the match, the same cannot be said when attempting this Mission solo. Squads will fly around, raining death from above in the form of missiles, the life of a solo is very different. Be careful to refuel your Heavy Chopper as an Operator could be waiting in the back, armed to the teeth with Launchers and Munitions Boxes. This is our guide on how to complete the Tier 3 Redacted Mission ‘Rain or Hellfire’ in Warzone 2.0 DMZ.

How to Complete ‘Rain or Hellfire’ Mission

How to Kill 1 Operator or Juggernaut from a Heavy Chopper

There are multiple ways to go about this Redacted Mission. You have the option to either complete the Mission by using your own Heavy Chopper or using the Exfil Chopper that appears at the end of all deployments. Perhaps you are used to fighting your way out of your deployment when trying to exfil out of the Map, in this case you should be ready to take this Objective on for ‘Rain or Hellfire’. For this Objective, we highly recommend that players get this kill off a single Operator instead of a Juggernaut. We also recommend that when looking for this kill, players attempt to get this when exfilling from the Map.

If you do not want to do this route then using the Heavy Chopper in Al Mazrah is a viable option, although doing it this way means that you will likely need a Squad for someone to pilot the Chopper whilst you hit those Objectives. Keep in mind that the Juggernaut is never a target that you can see on Al Mazrah. The only way to find the Juggernaut is by going around the Map to the named locations where the Juggernaut location prompt will appear on your screen when he is nearby. For this reason, you should focus on taking out a single Operator instead from the interior of the Exfil Chopper if you are a Solo. If you are with a Squad, using the Heavy Chopper may be better as you can fly away if things get too hairy.

Exfil Choppers can also be called into the deployment at any given time, which may help you more than waiting until 25 minutes for the final Exfil Chopper to enter the scene. You are more likely to run into Operators this way rather than the latter as players may try to take you out before you try to exfil.

How to Kill 5 Cartel or Al Qatala Soldiers Using Launchers in the Heavy Chopper

Unlike the other Objective, you will need to find the Heavy Chopper Fuel for your Heavy Chopper. We have a full guide on where to find it here. But the best spawn spot of the Chopper Fuel is on the Train when the Weapon Case is there. This is highlighted by the yellow icon with a question mark on the Map. If the icon is not there then the Chopper Fuel may not be there either. This Mission is best completed in a Squad, especially when attempting this Objective. Whilst it is possible to utilize the Exfil Choppers by calling them in and attempting to kill AI enemies in a spot such as Hafid Port where the Cartel can be found, doing so can be difficult if you are playing solo.

Fortunately, these Objectives can be hit without piloting the Chopper itself. So whilst you will likely need the Chopper Fuel to move around Al Mazrah, you can land and begin the Objective as a solo by going to the back of the Chopper and taking out your Launcher to use against the Cartel. We recommend the Cartel for your primary target as these are always found in Hafid Port. They can also be found close together, allowing you to get kill multiple with a single Launcher missile. These have little health and with the use of a Launcher, can be taken out with a single missile. You should land between Hafid Port and Sa’id City, wait for the Cartel to make their move and use your Launcher on whoever is nearby.

Remember to bring a Munitions Box for this Mission, regardless of if you are playing solo or with a Squad. This can replenish your Launcher ammo as you have a limited amount to begin with.

How to Destroy 2 Vehicles from a Heavy Chopper

This is the easiest Objective to complete by far as all you need to do is go to the Heavy Chopper spawn at the Airport and bring over 2 Vehicles to the Chopper and use either Launchers, Semtex or Thermite to disable and destroy. We recommend bringing over ATVs for this Objective, however keep in mind that this can leave you open to a lot of bullets. Alternatively, go to any Vehicle that is located nearby the Heavy Chopper spawn. That way you are not risking other Operators coming in to take the Chopper and are also safer from the LOS of others if you are going far to bring 2 Vehicles to the Chopper.
