How to get Storm Spear in Terraria Journey’s End

You can pick up the Storm Spear in two primary locations. First is the Underground Desert chests, and second is the Oasis Crates you can get from fishing. If you specifically want to find this item, you will need to be searching in those biomes.

This weapon works as any other spear, with the exception of being able to occasionally hit enemies through walls. Storm Spear also has an added lightning effect that effectively increases the range of the item a bit. The little “zap” that shoots off the tip of the spear can damage enemies as well.

Storm Spear

  • 12 melee damage
  • 7% critical strike chance
  • Average speed
  • Average knockback

Overall, this item is easy to get and a pretty good starter weapon that you can pick up in the Desert Biome. If you prefer using spears and other melee weapons, it is definitely worth checking out.
