How to Get Meteor in Fire Emblem Engage

As of writing this, the Meteor Tome is not available for players to wield in Fire Emblem Engage. Rather, they only appear on enemies, making the weapon enemy-exclusive. This also makes it unavailable for purchasing at the Armory as well as being rewarded for downing opponents or finding in chests. There is simply no way to obtain the Meteor tome in the base game other than having to face it against certain enemy units.
