That is because it’s a boat that can be used to navigate the harsh seas. And it’s a perfect way to transport from one island to the next, especially if you lack the flight ability. You can find the Luxury Boat Dealer on a majority of the islands, and you can also find boat dealers such as the Marine or Boat dealer, who can sell different types of boats.

The Lantern Boat is one of the most expensive boats you can purchase, and when you own a boat, you can participate in Sea Events. Besides its four cannons, it is easily identifiable from the lantern dangling at the front of the ship.
