How to get free Mantis Blades in Cyberpunk 2077

To get your free Mantis Blades, start by heading to City Center in Night City. Fast travel to the Arasaka Tower destination point, and head down the road leading out to the northwest. Look for the side job yellow exclamation point marker (shown in the map below).

Track the marker, and make your way there, following the path laid out for you. It will lead you around the back of the Night City Center for Behavioral Health. As you approach the marker, Regina Jones will ring you up and inform you about a rogue Tyger hunter in the area. He’s been picking off his own, and he’s quite deadly, so be careful. The good news is that you don’t actually have to fight him to get the loot.

Walk down the alley and turn right, where you’ll see a crate alongside the wall. Loot the box for your guaranteed free Mantis Blades. There are also some other random epic and rare items in the crate, which you can pick up if you please. After looting, you can book it out of there or take care of the Cyberpsycho. Defeating him will get you a lot of XP and Street Cred, so it’s probably worth it. The danger level is very high, though, and this guy does a lot of damage, so come prepared.

To equip your new legendary Mantis Blades, find a ripperdoc to get the cyberware required. You’ll need to speak with the ripperdoc and install your Mantis Blades in the arms section of your body.
