There are several things that will prompt this error to appear. A dirty disc, some faulty internet connection, lack of storage availability or even Blu-ray reading capabilities malfunctioning. Now, the most probable thing is that you have a dirty disc, however, there are a couple of things you can do in order to fix this error and continue playing your physical games.   • Restart your PS5 console.
  • Verify if the PS5 game disc is dirty. If so, clean it with a soft and clean cloth.
  • Turn off your PS5, disconnect its power cable, wait for a minute, and reconnect it.

  • Check the PSN Network Service Status page to see if the PSN servers are online.
