To find Anna Hamill, you need to ask around the Kabuki Market about her. You cannot actually interact with a lot of people in this area, but a few of them will give you some information. Also, if you’re a Streetkid, there’s an extra person you can speak with to get the info.
Head down the stairs to the left, and then make a right and follow the path. Look for a woman named Eve in a green top and jeans, leaning on a generator smoking a cigarette. Speak with her and show her the picture of Anna Hamill. It turns out Eve knows Anna, but she doesn’t do anything for free. Pay her for the information, and she’ll spill the beans.
Anna Hamill is holed up in a nearby hotel in room 303, so follow your markers to get to the door terminal. You can either pay or quickhack the terminal with remote deactivation (optional) to get you to into the apartment building.
