How to Equip Disguises in Warzone 2.0 DMZ – Deal with the Devil Mission Guide

Moving like Anonymous out in the field

You are never safe in DMZ and that is the point of it. But with more and more players engaging in PvP action in what most describe as a predominantly offline mode, Activision have offered a new route for anonymity in its Game Mode. With the new Field Upgrade for DMZ Season 5 that acts as a way to hide your true identity from other DMZ Combatants, players can walk around freely so long as they act the part. Do not blow your cover by overextending or acting too suspiciously. Treat it like the El Sin Nombre Mission in Modern Warfare 2. If you are wondering how the Field Upgrade works, this is Vincent’s guide on how to equip disguises in Warzone 2.0 DMZ.

How to Complete Deal with the Devil

The Deal with the Devil Mission is exactly what it sounds but you may be asking who the devil is in this case as there are a lot of possibilities. That camping sniper that waits for you from half-way across the map to make an appearance so they can snipe you as you are armor-less at the beginning of the deployment? Those riot shield wielders that are looking to get those old school throwing knife montages to send into FaZe 10 years too late? This time around the deal with the devil is all about the Scavenger boss of Ashika Island. Your task is to equip the disguise and hide amongst the enemy AI without getting spotted. Hide wherever you can but do not look too suspicious in your observational duties for the Mission.

Where to Find and How to Equip Disguises in DMZ

As the disguise is a Field Upgrade, players actually need to find it rather than buy it at a corresponding Buy Station. Right now the only method of finding the disguise is on Al Mazrah and the moving train that sweeps the perimeter of the map. The disguise can be found in the train seating areas and inside duffel bags as opposed to supply crates. You need to pick up and head into your Backpack’s Inventory. Hover over the disguise in your Inventory and use the equip button to place the disguise over your head. When it is done correctly, your vision will show two black bars (above and below) to really dramatize the moment and feel like you are in a Michael Bay trailer.

Where to Find Scavenger Buy Station

So long as you have a Secure Backpack on hand, you can safely exfil with this in your bag. To complete the Deal with the Devil Mission, stay in Al Mazrah and head to the Scavenger Buy Station in Al Sharim Pass. Make sure that you have enough money in order to purchase something from the Buy Station. The cheapest item available is Armor Plates for $250. After hitting this step, the Mission will end.
