To reach the Arcane Tower, players will first need to enter the Underdark. The Underdark is located under the Blighted Village, however players can enter from a myriad of locations around the map. Once under, you’ll find the tower in the southwest part of the biome. And upon reaching the entrance, 2 Arcane Turrets will be there to greet your party. This might seem like the end of the exploration road down here, but not if we have anything to say about it. Well, that and the fact that there’s an alternate way into the tower.

If you’ve been investigating and wondering how you’ll be able to access it, you might have noticed a patch of large mushrooms on the cliffside near the tower. You’ll want to use movement skills such as Misty Step or Feather Fall, allowing you to safely traverse the mushrooms and enter the tower. From here, you’ll want to make sure that you have collected some Sussur Blossom from around the Underdark. Take it, and on the first floor of the tower, find the generator and combine them. Not only will this disable the arcane turrets allowing you to walk in and out of the main entrance freely, an elevator will activate.
