One of the early LenTalk requests from Rita is called Meganium’s Pal. When Meganium gets to a particular spot, it will begin looking around restlessly, and Rita thinks it might be looking for friends. But, how exactly do you get Meganium to go to the spot shown in the picture? Well, it’s a bit challenging, and you won’t be able to complete it until a little later. Here’s how to complete Meganium’s Pal in New Pokemon Snap.

Meganium’s Pal LenTalk request reads, “When Meganium gets to this spot, it starts looking around kinda restlessly. Do you think it’s looking for one of its friends?” Your job here is to find Meganium’s missing pal, and we’ll guide you through it down below.

How to Complete Meganium’s Pal in New Pokemon Snap

To complete Meganium’s Pal LenTalk request in New Pokemon Snap, follow these steps:

  • Go to Florio Nature Park Illumina Spot on Research Level 2.
  • Make sure Meganium wakes up fast (or is already awake) at the start of the level.
  • Make sure Shaymin jumps on Meganium’s head.
  • Activate the crystabloom with an Illumina Orb right before Meganium checks it out.
  • When Meganium walks behind the tree, throw some Fluffruits at the tree to make Hoothoot fall.
  • Snap a picture at that moment when Hoothoot falls onto Meganium.

You’ll need to head to the Illumia Spot level in the Florio Nature Park area. When you start the level, pay attention to Meganium’s starting position. If he’s sleeping, you should restart the level, as I’ve only been able to get this to work if he’s awake at the start. You will also need Illumina orbs to light up one of the crystabloom flowers.

Next, and this may not be a requirement, toss an Illumina Orb to wake up Sylveon on the right. The Pokemon will jump down and greet Meganium kindly. Meganium should walk over to the left side of the road, near a cliff, and Shaymin will jump onto Meganium’s head. The next part is essential and will determine whether or not you can complete the request.

After Shaymin jumps on Meganium’s head, he will walk over and sniff a crystabloom flower. Make sure to toss an Illumina Orb at it to make it glow. After that, Meganium should walk behind the large tree. If it walks in front of the tree, you need to restart the level. You need to wait until he’s at this exact spot, and then begin throwing fluffruit into the tree. A Hoothoot will fall out of the tree, and this is the moment you need to take a picture. It will grant a four-star photo of Meganium, which is the requirement for this request.

After you do that, finish out the run and show the picture to Professor Mirror. That’s how to complete Meganium’s Pal in New Pokemon Snap.
