To complete Hoothoot’s Hidden Foot, you will need to go to the Florio Nature Park (Night) level. Make your way to the end of the level, and you’ll see a Hoothoot in a tree. Don’t worry about that one, because we are looking for the one sitting on a sign of the Florio Nature Park.

When you get relatively close to the Hoothoot, hit it with a fluffruit to knock it off balance. It will nearly fall off the signpost, lifting up its elusive other foot, giving you the perfect opportunity to snap a nice photo. You’ll need a picture of Hoothoot’s other foot for this particular LenTalk request. Make sure to take a few shots so you can review them after and give the best one to Professor Mirror.

When you finish the level, review your pictures and make sure you pick one with Hoothoot’s foot showing. It should be a three-star photo for this one, and you’ll get the notification for completing the LenTalk request. That’s all there is to it; I hope this helps you complete Hoothoot’s Hidden Foot in New Pokemon Snap.
