How to Complete ‘Hideout Preparation’

To prepare yourself for this Mission, players need to obtain 3 separate items. These are the Water Bottle, Bandages and Rations. The spawning of Water Bottles are randomized and players can find these atop surfaces, typically inside Stores and Offices. You will want to check buildings that are not residential, but rather the Stores across Al Mazrah. As these are a common item that are not typically picked up in DMZ, you should have no problem obtaining a Water Bottle in Al Mazrah.

When looking for Bandages and Rations, these can be found inside the Hospitals of Al Mazrah. Their locations are:

  • C3 – Rohan Oil
  • D6 – Sa’id City
  • x2 H5 – Al Sharim Pass
  • D8 – Sawah Village

When you have found the three items, you need to head to the Smuggling Tunnels. There are multiple entrances for these Tunnels but we will show you the entrance to the east of Al Mazrah City. Refer to the screenshot below (green player icon for location) of the specific spot where you will find a hole to rappel down and enter the Tunnels. Keep in mind that the Tunnels are flooded with enemy AI so we recommend using Tactical Equipment such as Stun or Gas Grenades to halter the enemies movements. By using this entrance, you will not get any enemy reinforcements as they are not coded to use the zipline.

This is also the best entrance to use to complete the primary step for the ‘Hideout Preparation’ Mission as the spot in which you will need to place all 3 items down is just to the right of the Tunnels entrance. You need to walk up to the open Duffle Bag and interact with the spot next to the Bag three times to place down the supplies. The Mission ends after placing down the final item. That concludes the guide, thank you so much for reading!
