Stealing from small caches all the way to murdering civilians or attacking merchant ships will add to your bounty in galleons. This bounty can prevent you from accessing certain features, and it proves an incentive for other players to hunt you down. Here’s how to clear your bounty in Arcane Odyssey.
How to clear your bounty in Arcane Odyssey
In Arcane Odyssey, your heinous acts of murdering innocents and sinking ships all contribute to your bounty and renown. The more your bounty, the more your death is worth to other players. If you want to clear your bounty, to stop becoming a target to players and to gain accesses to features lost by your renown, then you’ll need to talk to the Assassin Syndicate.

Well, the Assassin Syndicate can’t exactly wipe your bounty, but they wipe your renown generated by your acts. In doing this, you’ll become less of a target and you can start your reputation bar over again. For your actual bounty to clear, it will now go away by itself as long as you don’t commit any crimes again for a small while.
Naturally, getting hunted by a bounty hunter will also clear your bounty, but you will have to commit crimes constantly to even be noticed by them, so it’s not a reliable method. The Assassin Syndicate can be found on Whitesummit, in the Red Corner. Talk to the Syndicate members until one offers to clear your renown. Just be aware that it will come at a price.
