How to Change Cosmetics/Shoes in Sonic Frontiers

SEGA’s latest foray into their blue mascots 3D adventures with Sonic Frontiers has finally released. With it, the blue ball of speed makes his way into a vast open world land full of many mysteries and surprises. Game length and overall scope of the game are best saved for another article, but for this one we are going to focus on Sonic’s outfits.

Much like Sonic Colors and previous iterations of the hedgehogs adventures, Sonic Frontiers allows the player to customize parts of Sonic’s attire. Specifically his sneakers and his gloves. There are a few different outfits for players to unlock such as the SOAP shoes. Other sets are unlocked by purchasing certain editions of the game, like the adventurer’s gloves and shoes. Figuring out how to change cosmetics/shoes in Sonic Frontiers can be a bit tricky once people have gone ahead and installed them. Thankfully, we are going to take a look at how to do just that.

How to Change Cosmetics/Shoes in Sonic Frontiers

Once players have unlocked certain cosmetics/shoes in game they might want to change up Sonics style. Unfortunately anyone wanting to change their cosmetics in Sonic Frontiers will have to do so through the main menu. Once in the main menu players can navigate over to the ‘Extras‘ menu. Select the extras menu and you will see an option that says Sonic Outfits. Clicking on this option will bring up a drop-down menu with all of your available cosmetics/shoes. After selecting an outfit load into the game. Sonic should now be wearing different shoes or gloves depending on the option chosen. Some outfits change the gloves and shoes, some only the shoes.
