Setting Yourself Up for Success

In order to make your character a CEO, you first need to make sure they’re smart. If you have at least 70% smarts — or higher — at the beginning, then you should be good to go. Influence this stat further by studying harder once you’ve reached school age. Once you’ve turned 12 years old, ensure you’re going to the library on a regular basis.

But, becoming a CEO requires more than just smarts! Be sure to meditate often, go see movies, and spend quality time with your parents to establish and maintain healthy relationships with both of them. It’s also important to make sure that, once you’ve hit high school age, you pick at least two different extracurricular activities.

Be sure to keep yourself healthy! It’s important to hit the gym regularly once it’s opened up to you. At 12-13 years old, you can get a freelance gig or part-time job, and, if you’re smart enough, you can take on the Tutor Freelance Gig.

Getting the Job You Want

OK — if all has worked out in your favor, then when you graduate from high school, go to university. It’s incredibly important to attend business school, and while you’re at it, make sure you’re still regularly going to the library. Join some more extracurriculars to make sure you can nab a scholarship for further education.

Eventually, you’ll graduate from business school. Congratulations! But, it’s not over just yet. Go on to graduate school; I know, you’re tired of school, I get itgo anyway. On the bright side, once you’ve reached graduate school, you don’t really need to be studying or doing activities. You can be the introvert you always dreamed of being.

It’s finally time to get the job. Well … not really the job, but a job. Prioritize job with the word CORPORATE next to it. It doesn’t really matter what job it is, as long as it says CORPORATE next to it. You’ll need a minimum of fifteen years’ experience before you can apply for the Assistant Vice President position.

From there, you’ll need to work extra hard year-after-year until you’re promoted to Vice President, then to Executive Vice President, then to Managing Director, and then … to the illustrious, elusive position itself: CEO.
