How to Beat Stage 12-30 in Cookie Run Kingdom

Cookies, the game.

You know that I love RPGs in general. Or maybe you don’t know me at all, but you get the point. But using cookies to fight enemies and being part of an epic adventure wouldn’t have been my pitch in the writer’s room. However, Cookie Run Kingdom proves me wrong once again with a very entertainment offering and a great selection of characters. Did you know I love cookies? Well, now you do. Anyway, like any point in an RPG based on stage progression, you will inevitably find yourself completely beaten by the enemies and bosses that appear to give you battle. That is the case of Stage 12-30, featuring Pitaya, the red dragon. While it may sound impossible to beat, don’t worry, it is far from it. Here is how to beat Stage 12-30 in Cookie Run Kingdom.

The best way to face this stage and Pitaya is to have a very balanced team between damage output (being the most important factor) and healing capabilities. Team lineup will be what will determine your victory or your demise in this stage of the game. But as a ground rule, you will have to level your Cookies up to at least level 50 or more. This will make things much easier in the long run. Although there are quite a few lineups that will be able to carry the job, here is what we consider the best lineup that will know how to beat Stage 12-30 in Cookie Run Kingdom, without breaking a sweat:

  • Dark Choco Cookie (Solid Almond): deals a great amount of damage and lowers the boss’s defense.
  • Vampire Cookie (Searing Raspberry): great damage output and provides an excellent buff.
  • Sorbet Shark Cookie (Searing Raspberry): high damage output and buff against cookies.
  • Cotton Cookie (Swift Chocolate): will bring great healing capabilities and is a pretty decent summoner.
  • Eclair Cookie (Swift Chocolate or Searing Raspberry): great healing and will be your main debuffer.

If you level up and line up your cookies as shown above, you will be able to beat stage 12-30 and Pitaya. Just be sure to keep healing and dealing the most amount of damage possible. Don’t worry, you will be able to beat this stage, and if you find yourself struggling, you can also interchange a couple of the above cookies to best suit either our damage or healing needs. Good luck!
