What many Sons of Forest were wanting is now a wish come true. After a couple of weeks, Sons of the Forest received its first Patch (Patch 1) which includes a decent amount of things. Most notably, and aligning with the theme of this article, we now have another boss fight to look after. This one will hit a little bit close to home. Here is how to beat the mid game Food Bunker boss fight in Sons of the Forest.
How to Beat Mid Game Food Bunker Boss Fight
This new Patch gives Sons of the Forest players a decent amount of content, as well as some fixes and inclusions that the broad majority of players wanted. For example, now you get to lock doors! Hooray!. Anyway, not only there are fixes to some mechanics, but the patch introduces more items as well as some more interesting encounters, such as the one we are going to talk about today. Yes, boss fights are a thing, and we get to experience them in Sons of the Forest. And believe me, this will get personal.
Once you gain access to the Food Bunker and walk through some flooded areas on the way, you will find the VIP Lounge that used to be empty. Well, not anymore! As soon as you reach the middle of the room, you will see an incoming message saying “Found the Puffton Family”. You know, the couple we were instructed to save and that happens to be Virginia’s parents, yes, that couple. Well, they are mutants now, and they will try to kill us. Not only that, but they are extremely fast and will move through the floor by using their four limbs. You know what this means. Sorry, Virginia, we will have to kill your parents. But anyway, this is pretty simple actually. Keep moving and avoid any contact and use some heavy weaponry like the shotgun to deal heavy damage to both Edward and Barbara.

Depending on your difficulty, you will be able to the couple in no time. Just make sure to not get surprised by either of them, since they can knock you out with a single arm swing. Just keep firing your shotgun at them (do not miss them) and you will defeat them both. Good luck!
