The Epic Games MEGA Sale is underway until around June 16, and boy, do they have some deals for you. Right now, there are some MEGA Sale offers for AC Valhalla, Kingdom Hearts III, Cyberpunk 2077, and Outriders, to name a few. What everyone is likely most excited about, though, is the triple-A free games. Last week, we got a chance to snag NBA 2K21, but what will the Epic Games mystery game be for May 27?
Epic Games has been doing a good job sealing the leaks this year, so we don’t have any official details on what the May 27 mystery game will be, but we do have some guesses. We were way off last week, but their choice for NBA 2K21 made a lot of sense. 2K Games (of Take-Two Interactive) is gearing up for some big releases in the coming year, and NBA 2K21 is a cash cow for them, with all those microtransactions and whatnot.
Seeing as how Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is one of the MEGA sale offers, it could be a smart move to giveaway Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag. Not only is it a fantastic game, but it will get some new players into the genre and maybe incentivize them to pick up AC Valhalla.
Another possibility could be No Man’s Sky. It’s a title that a lot of people are on the fence about since its rocky release. Hello Games made a lot of changes for the better, though, and managed to turn the mixed and reviews into very positive on Steam. Not to mention, they’ve been generating a lot of hype for the game recently, with a Mass Effect crossover in the works.
