Dota 2 September 11 Update Patch Notes (7.30c)

Dota 2’s September 11 patch notes are now available for update 7.30c. Many general updates, item changes, and hero changes are added ahead of The International 10 event beginning on October 7, 2021. You can check out the full list of patch notes for this update down below, and we’ll highlight some of the more significant changes.

Some important changes include Dawnbreaker being added to captain mode for The International 10. Neutral stacks now give 15% less gold, and Echo Sabre now goes on cooldown when used with Pango and others who could abuse the cooldown. Sange and Yasha and Kaya and Sange status resistances have been nerfed to 22% (from 25%). The Helm of Dominator has had its cost increased, and helm overlord creep is slightly nerfed with armor and regeneration. Finally, the Witchbane neutral item active is now a single target spell.

As for heroes, here are some of the important notes. Batrider receives some minor nerfs, and Beastmaster got nerfs to his ultimate while receiving some buffs to Wild Axes. Clinkz has had some notable nerfs, including agility, attack range, cooldowns, and mana costs. Crystal Maiden Frostbite now costs less mana, and KOTL Illuminate cooldown is increased, while damage and travel speed are reduced. Omniknight Heavenly Grace can now be dispelled, and Lycan’s passive damage and HP regeneration have been nerfed. Vengeful Spirit agility gain is reduced by .4, and Aghanim’s Sceptor illusion has a hero HP bar with decreased move speed of 12% from a previous 25%.

  • Added Dawnbreaker to Captain’s Mode
  • Stacked Neutral Creeps gold and XP bounty reduced by 15% (Stacker gold bonus unaffected)
  • Ancient Black Dragon: Fireball Mana Cost increased from 100 to 200
  • Ancient Thunderhide: Frenzy Mana Cost increased from 50 to 75
  • Ancient Thunderhide: Slam Mana Cost increased from 90 to 150.
