How to Complete the Deadbeat Dad Challenge in BitLife
Here is how to complete the Deadbeat Dad Challenge in BitLife:
- Become a father
- Never have a full-time job
- Abandon 2+ children from different women
- Gamble away a lot of money
- Have your home repossessed
- Reconnect with an estranged child
Become a father
Starting things off, you’ll want to either start a new life or continue an existing life as a male. When you’re 18 or older, find someone to hook up with by going into activities, love, and hook up. Make sure not to use protection because you’re trying to have a kid.
Never have a full-time job
Make sure that you never have a full-time job (40+ hours per week) in your life. Part-time jobs are OK if you need to make some extra money to fuel your gambling addiction.
Abandon 2+ children from different women
You will also need to abandon two of your children, like a true deadbeat dad. When you have your first kid from the first step, you can go into the relationships tab, tap on the child, and choose the abandon option. Repeat this option at least two times to check off the requirement.
Gamble away a lot of money
Nothing says deadbeat dad like a gambling addiction. Go into the activities menu and pick Casino or Horse Races. Your job is to lose a ton of money. You can do this by playing blackjack or betting on horses. It looks like you’ll need to lose a few hundred thousand dollars to get credit.
Have your home repossessed
Finally, and it’s probably a good idea to do this before gambling away your money, you’ll need to have your home repossessed. The way to do this is by purchasing a home with a mortgage and not having enough money to pay the monthly mortgage. So, in short, purchase a home, and make sure you don’t have enough money in your bank account to cover the monthly expenses.
You can go into your assets, tap on the home, and check the “monthly expenses” row to see how much it costs to upkeep your home.
Reconnect with an estranged child
Finally, you’ll have to reconnect with one of the children you abandoned from the previous step. Go into the relationships tab, choose a child you abandoned, and select the reconnect option from the menu.
