I’ve found that the older I get, the more I appreciate the flavor of plain vanilla. Vanilla isn’t boring, it’s comforting and soothing, like the taste equivalent of a soft blanket. Cookie Run Kingdom’s Pure Vanilla Cookie exemplifies that flavor profile with his calm, nurturing demeanor, a demeanor that extends to his support skills in a fight. Here are the best Pure Vanilla Cookie Toppings Builds in Cookie Run Kingdom.

Pure Vanilla Cookie is a rear-priority Healer-type character in Cookie Run Kingdom. With his kind soul and smooth vanilla vibes, he works to both protect and restore his teammates in a fight. Pure Vanilla Cookie’s personal skill is Love & Peace, and much like the concept for which it’s named, it’s pretty simple. When activated, Love & Peace both restores the health of all of your party members and covers them with shields that absorb damage proportional to their max HP.

Pure Vanilla can’t do much in the way of damage-dealing, but with his powerful heals, he can bolster and defend his teammates to ensure they can do their utmost at all times. Toward that end, there are a few different ways you can play his Toppings.
The first option is Searing Raspberry, which provides an attack stat buff. I know I just said Pure Vanilla has no business attacking, but his heals also scale off his attack stat. Ergo, more attack means more potent heals (though they’re already pretty potent as it is).
Secondly, Solid Almond. Solid Almond increases a Cookie’s damage resistance, with a full set providing a +5% damage resistance buff. Even if he tries to stay out of the fray, Pure Vanilla will take a few licks here and there. A damage resistance buff ensures he doesn’t get knocked down right off the bat.
Finally, Swift Chocolate. Swift Chocolate boosts a Cookie’s cooldown rate, with a full set providing a +5% cooldown bonus. Shorter cooldowns mean more regular skill usage. More regular skill usage means constant heals and shield refreshes, which is a no-brainer.
The ideal configuration would be a full stack of Swift Chocolate if you have it. If you don’t have a full set of five, though, make up the difference with a Searing Raspberry and a Solid Almond to round things out a bit.
With the right Toppings, Pure Vanilla Cookie can become an even more powerful healer than he already is. And he’s already a pretty powerful healer, so take that for it’s worth.
