Coolest Costumes in Ragnarok Origin

When trying to take care of the looks of your Ragnarok Origin character you know that you’re in for a long session since the game has an enormous number of items that you can equip. When choosing from headgear, face gadgets, mouth items, back pieces, hairstyles, and even eye styles you can really get lost in making all these choices. Luckily, today we will be focusing only on full-body costumes that not only look great but bring some decent bonuses as well.

We will rank costumes from worst to best according to our opinion but we should note that all of these cool outfits are great to have while roaming the vast world of Ragnarok Origin!

Devil Team

Devil Team costume gives you that dark sorcerer or Dracula look that is bound to scare those around you! The stats on it give +4 to STR, INT, and DEX, while also boosting DMG and MDMG by 3%. This dark outfit is created for everyone who wants to reap fear into their enemies and have some decent damage bonus at the same time. The general stat and damage boost that this outfit gives allows it to be used for almost any class and subclass.

Softie Mouse Doll Costume

For all those that adore fluffy looks, there is an awesome Softie Mouse Doll Costume. If there is any set in the game that yells unique and grabs people’s attention at the same time it’s this one. When it comes to bonuses that this furry thing brings they look something like this: +2 VIT, +50 to Max HP, and +1% to Max HP. These features all boost survivability so it’s a no-brainer that it is an ideal tank costume. Further, the percentage-based bonus for Max HP means that it scales well with time and always keeps your HP pool stacked. So, if you’re a Crusader/Paladin this item would be a fine choice with a Paladin skill build such as this one.

Doctor Cosplay Costume

Is there a better costume for a healer than a doctor’s outfit? I don’t believe there is. While ignoring the obvious paramedic looks that will attract the attention of many players looking to get a healer in their party this costume brings some pretty neat features. You get +5 VIT +1% DMG, 1% MDMG, +5 CRI.DEF, +3% Max HP, and +5% Healing Received.

As you can see the bonuses are kind of all over the place and can benefit multiple classes. However, due to the Critical Strike defense bonus and +3% Max HP bonus, I would have to say that this costume would fit tanks the best. Yea I know, everyone thought this was going to be an ideal Healer Priest costume but unfortunately, it’s not.

School Uniform

The School Uniform is one of my favorite costumes for a couple of reasons but the main one is that it looks so innocent and childish while simultaneously bringing in serious DPS buffs. When wearing a School Uniform costume you will get +3% to DMG and MDMG, +2 to all attributes (another DMG boost), +2% MSPD, +5% Damage to Small Monsters, and +1000 to Load Limit. There is one more special boost that provides you with a 3% bonus chance of triggering a 10% extra damage attack on your enemies.

Even if you just take a quick glance at these buffs you know that this back-to-school style is going to bring awesome support for DPS classes like Archer and Assassin but also Mage. Additional damage to small monsters pushes you towards easier grinding and AFK farming.

Athens “Chiton”

Ever wanted to be a Greek god(des)? Well, now you have a chance to fulfill that dream with the Athens “Chiton” costume. It puts you on a path of light with buffs that give +1% to ATK and MATK, +3% Damage to Demon monsters, +3% Demon incoming damage reduction, and an increase of Holy Skills Damage by 2%. If you’re an Acolyte that is looking to become a High Priest this outfit can benefit you immensely. Moreover, if you ever wondered what your High Priest skill build should look like, check out our guide on the topic.

Red Gentleman

Dress up in a horror-like suit to charm all lovers of the darkness and beat some bosses. The bonuses of the Red Gentleman bring +4% to ATK and MATK, add a 5% bonus to Ignore DEF and Ignore MDEF, increase your damage against large monsters by 7%, boost your HP by 5%, give you +3 to all attributes and reduce skill global cooldown by 5%.

I know, it’s a lot to swallow but bear with me here. Bonuses to attack and damage against large monsters are obvious buffs for farming and improving your overall performance vs the bosses, however, there is another gem hiding in here. The 5% bonus chance that you get to ignore the DEF and MDEF of your enemies is an awesome opportunity for you to dash out pretty devastating attacks. When you ignore enemies’ defenses your damage is pure (1500 damage dealt = 1500 damage received) and that power should never be underestimated.
