Why cheat when you can just adjust your Settings?

Chapter 4 Season 2 of Fortnite is here and with it comes the debate of what are the best Controller Settings in this Battle Royale Game. Whilst the debate for what is the superior input continues, players within the Battle Royale hemisphere – Apex Legends, Warzone and Fortnite seem to collectively be switching to Controller. Players should revamp their entire Settings to match these below, with slight tweaks made to fit your gaming preferences. You will need to regularly test these out via Training to make sure that it feels comfortable. Keep in mind that whilst Settings are important, they cannot magically make your aim better. That is down to you and many, many hours of practise. Input

  • Edit Hold Time – 0.100 seconds
  • Slide Hold Time – 0.120 seconds

Sensitivity

  • Look Sensitivity – 40%

These Settings have been chosen due to the slow tracking of players which is highly useful due to the lower-paced nature of movement in this game compared to Warzone and Apex Legends. These Settings are still viable with fast Building as the slow aiming is only for ADS. it increases your accuracy and ability to track players even when they are trying to be fancy with their fast building strategies.

What these new Controller Settings allow you to do is effectively watch the movements of the opponent and to remain calm within every situation. No longer will you need to jump around and execute any fancy footwork in order to overwhelm the enemy. Rather the focus moves onto your ability to consistently hit shots using these Settings.
