I don’t think sapient creatures are supposed to live at the bottom of the ocean. Being under that much pressure and darkness does weird things to you; just look at the anglerfish. Better yet, look at Cookie Run Kingdom’s Candy Diver Cookie, who’s spent so long in the depths that they’re barely identifiable as a cookie anymore. They’re still helpful, though! Here are the best Candy Diver Cookie Toppings builds in Cookie Run Kingdom.
Best Candy Diver Cookie Toppings Build in Cookie Run Kingdom
Candy Diver Cookie is a rear-priority Support-type character in Cookie Run Kingdom. Candy Diver’s passive ability inflicts any enemy damaged by their basic attacks with both a defense debuff and a damage resistance debuff, setting them up for follow-up attacks. Moreover, their personal skill, Deep-Sea Diver, allows them to scrounge around for special relics that provide a variety of buffs to the party, including heals, attack boosts, defense boosts, and more.

The rate at which Candy Diver finds powerful relics with Deep-Sea Diver is determined by their amplify buff stat. The higher it is, the more likely Candy Diver is to get a Super Success, scrounging up something truly potent. The best Topping to work off of that is Sweet Candy.
Sweet Candy provides a buff to a Cookie’s amplify buff stat, with a full set of five granting a +2% bonus to amplify buff. That extra buff rate will help to ensure you receive powerful relics more frequently whenever Deep-Sea Diver is activated.
Alternatively, if you prefer more pulls over better pulls, try some Swift Chocolate to boost Candy Diver’s cooldown rate. Faster cooldowns allow you to use Deep-Sea Diver more frequently, so even if you get a lousy pull, you can quickly try again.
A full set of Sweet Candy is the ideal build for Candy Diver, but if you don’t have five, you can fill in the blanks with Swift Chocolate. That way, you’ll get better relics at a faster rate.
With the right build (and a bit of luck), Candy Diver Cookie can be your trump card in an encounter, pulling out just the buff you need at a critical juncture.
