If you have ever played Clash of Clan or still dwell in the game, you know building an excellent base is very important. A solid base is great for winning wars. In the higher Town Hall levels, even a difference of one star can make an enormous difference.

Restricting your enemy from scoring three stars on your base in every war is a great way to win. While there are many Town Hall levels, we will focus on Town Hall 12 in this guide.

The guide will feature 10 great bases which you can make to keep the enemy clan from scoring three stars.

  • War Base 1 — The base offers a good defense against all types of attacks. It also has a good layout for wasting time.
  • War Base 2 — A very spread out base, featuring a hybrid design. It is effective against most types of attacks.
  • War Base 3 — An anti-three star base. It has some high HP buildings outside to wear out the enemy troops at the start.
  • War Base 4 — Targeted towards collecting trophies and pushing. Of course, it makes life difficult for an enemy who want to score three stars.
  • War Base 5 — This one is slightly different to the fourth base on the list. However, it has some good ideas to help win a war in Clash of Clans.
  • War Base 6 — Another tricky base for your enemies. Has resource storages outside to shield the base and buy time.
  • War Base 7 — This base has no space or symmetry, but it does the job well. It forces the enemy to think out of the box.
  • War Base 8 — An amazing base which is difficult to three star. It also has a Christmas tree in the middle to mock the enemy.
  • War Base 9 — The base looks easy for attacking, but is tricky. Meant for collecting trophies.
  • War Base 10 — It has Inferno Towers around the Storages. Neatly designed and effective in wars.
