No one truly knew the ramifications of Cyberpunk 2077 including customizable censored parts when the game launched. Fast forward to now, and Baldur’s Gate 3 launched with a smorgasbord of genitals for people to choose from. Something that unaware players are finding out with an unintentional flashing of their characters private parts during the creation screen. But once people calmed down they realized the game actually provides you with a decent selection of both male and female parts. Something that felt almost like an afterthought in Cyberpunk at the end of the day, will leave you puzzled as you decide what best suits your character. So let’s customize our hero, and take a look at all genital options in Baldur’s Gate 3.
All Genital Options in Baldur’s Gate 3
Something players should be aware of before peeking down under, is the fact that certain races might have/not have certain genitals. Just because a Dragonborn can have a penis like that, doesn’t mean a dwarf can. And since you might end up using whatever you decide to put between your legs, you’ll want to be looking as best as you subjectively can. Each race has a total of 3 vulvas, and 5 penises to choose from, minus Dragonborns.
With all the major differences consisting of hair density, as well as circumcisions for the male parts. Where other races have variations to select from, Dragonborns are given only one vulva, and one penis to choose from. After looking at them however, we’d say there’s more than enough variety with the current choices. To see the genital options, players will want to select the ‘Edit Appearance’ tab on the bottom of the character creation menu. A simple scroll down the general tab will show you all the genital options you could ask for, with an option to see your no-no squares outright.

Sadly, there isn’t a 100% accurate way to concisely tell you which letter options give you a certain desired appearance. This is due to the fact that each race, and gender for said race, have their own default genitalia. Meaning, vulva ‘A’ for a Drow might be a shaven one, while the ‘A’ variant for a half-elf could be something different entirely. Because of this, it’s recommended you scour each genital option, before deciding on the one best fit for you. Because let’s be honest, finding the right genitals is more important than things like classes and skills. Those only help you with fights, while genitals can help you with coercion AND combat (not actually).
