Hearthstone’s next expansion Ashes of Outland is set to release on April 7th, 2020. The expansion will feature the first new hero ever added to the Hearthstone roster, none other than the Demon Hunter Illidan Stormrage.
The new Demon Hunter class features a hero specific ability that grants +1 attack for one turn. Much like Warlocks, Demon Hunters make use of Demons.
In the upcoming expansion, players will unlock Illidan and receive a set of 20 Demon Hunter Cards along with a Demon Hunter pack for completing the new campaign.
In addition to this, Blizzard unveiled some new legendary cards that will become available in Ashes of Outland. We have a breakdown of each new Ashes of Outland legendary card below.
Ashes of Outland Demon Hunter Legendaries
- Kayn Sunfury
A four cost minion with 3 attack power, 5 health, and charge. Playing this card makes all friendly attacks ignore Taunt.
- Metamorphosis
A five cost spell that swaps your Hero Power to instead Deal 5 damage. Your Hero Power is swapped back after two uses.
Ashes of Outland Druid Legendaries
- Ysiel Windsinger
A nine cost minion with 5 attack power and 5 health that makes your spells cost one mana.
- Archspore Msshi’fn
A three cost minion with taunt and a Deathrattle that shuffles “Msshi’fn Prime’ into your deck.
Ashes of Outland Hunter Legendaries
- Beastmaster Leoroxx
An eight cost minion with 5 attack power and 5 health and a Battlecry that summons 3 beasts from your hand into play.
- Zixor, Apex Predator
A three cost minion with Rush and a Deathrattle that shuttles ‘Zixor Prime’ into your deck.
Ashes of Outland Mage Legendaries
- Evocation
A one cost mage spell that fills your hand with random Mage spells, and discards them at the end of your turn.
- Astromancer Solarian
A two cost minion that grants +1 spell damage and has a Deathrattle that shuffles ‘Solarian Prime’ into your deck.
Ashes of Outland Paladin Legendaries
- Murgur Murgurgle
A two cost minion with 2 attack power and 1 health and a Divine Shield and Deathrattle that shuffles ‘Murgurgle Prime’ into your deck.
- Lady Liadrin
A seven cost minion with 4 attack power and 6 health. It has a Battlecry that adds a copy of each spell you cast on friendly characters this game into your hand.
Ashes of Outland Priest Legendaries
- Reliquary of Souls
A one cost minion with Lifesteal and a Deathrattle that shuffles ‘Reliquary Prime’ into your deck.
- Soul Mirror
This seven cost Priest spell summons copies of enemy minions which are then attacked by the minions.
Ashes of Outland Rogue Legendaries
- Akama
This three cost Rogue minion has 3 attack power and 4 health. It has Stealth and a Deathrattle that shuffles ‘Akama Prime’ into your deck.
- Shadowjeweler Hanar
This two cost minion has 1 attack power and 5 health and causes you to Discover a Secret from a different class after you play a Secret.
Ashes of Outland Shaman Legendaries
- The Lurker Below
This six cost minion has 6 attack power and 3 health with a Battlecry that deals 3 damage to an enemy minion. If that minion dies, it deals another 3 damage to a neighbor minion.
- Lady Vashj
This three cost minion has 4 attack power and 3 health while also granting +1 Spell Damage. It has a Deathrattle that shuffles ‘Vashj Prime’ into your deck.
Ashes of Outland Warlock Legendaries
- Kanrethad Ebonlocke
This two cost Warlock minion has 3 attack power and 3 health and makes your demons cost 1 less. It also has a Deathrattle that summons ‘Kanrethad Prime’ into your deck.
- Keli’dan the Breaker
This six cost minion with 3 attack power and 3 health has a Battlecry that destroys a minion. If drawn this turn, it instead destroys all minions except this one.
Ashes of Outland Warrior Legendaries
- Bulwark of Azzinoth
This three cost Warrior minion has 1 attack power and 4 health and loses 1 durability whenever your hero would take damage.
- Kargath Bladefist
This four cost minion has 4 attack power and 4 health with Rush and a Deathrattle that shuffles ‘Kargath Prime’ into your deck.
- Magtheridon
A four cost minion with 12 attack power and 12 health with Dormant and a Battlecry which summons three 1/3 enemy Warders that destroy all minions and awaken when they die.
Ashes of Outland Neutral Legendaries
- Maiev Shadowsong
A four cost minion with 4 attack power and 3 defense and a Battlecry that chooses a minion and causes it to go Dormant for 2 turns.
- Al’ar
A five cost minion with 7 attack power and 3 health. It has a Deathrattle that summons a 0/3 Ashes of Al’ar that resurrect this minion on your next turn.
- Kael’thas Sunstrider
A six cost minion with 4 attack power and 7 health that causes every third spell you cast each turn to cost 0.
- Teron Gorefiend
A three cost minion with 3 attack power and 4 health. It has a Battlecry that destroys all friendly minions and a Deathrattle that resummons them with +1/+1.
