All Sports Included in Sports Story

It's a whole gym storage shed's worth of sports.

If you’ve played Golf Story, you probably remember how weirdly fixated just about everyone you met and interacted with was on the sport of golf. That fixation is still present in its sequel, Sports Story, but apparently, the entire world does not, in fact, revolve around golf. There are quite a few other sporting events to engage with. Here are all sports included in Sports Story.

All Sports Included in Sports Story

Golf is still the primary sport in Sports Story. It wouldn’t be a Golf Story sequel if it wasn’t. The game features 8 unique golf courses for you to play on, each with its own associated events and tournaments to conquer. However, in order to get to these exotic locales, you’ll need to do quite a bit of questing, and you won’t be able to make it through without the power of other sports on your side.

As you travel around and interact with NPCs, you’ll unlock competitions and disciplines for all kinds of different sports. Not only that, but you’ll also get to compete in their individual leagues and contests to become the true sporting jack-of-all-trades you were always meant to be.

Here are the sports that are confirmed to be making an appearance in Sports Story:

  • Golf
  • Mini-Golf
  • Tennis
  • Soccer
  • Volleyball
  • BMX
  • Fishing
  • Cricket
  • Baseball

As you learn more sporting disciplines, the lines between them will start to blur. You may see a soccer goal set up on a tennis court, or use a baseball bat to hit soccer balls. Presumably, all of this will make you better at golf, somehow. It doesn’t need to make sense, it just needs to be sporty!

Remember, a true sportsman is up for any kind of challenge, even if he’s never played the game before. The first step to sporting greatness is to swing the bat! Or kick the ball! Or whatever else!
