All Fixed Bugs and Errors

These are all of the known bugs and errors within the game that were fixed in the Bear and Breakfast update 1.1.1:

  • Fixed the Lighthouse Door not unlocking in Whitestone Bay.
    • This issue was caused by players discovering Winterberry after Whitestone Bay. If you were a victim of this issue, try talking to Barbara once to unlock the Lighthouse Door in Whitestone Bay (only if installing the update does not, for whatever reason, immediately resolve the issue).
  • Fixed the error in which objects from other floors could be selected while on a different floor of your resort.
  • Fixed guest progression not resetting when new save files were created.
  • Fixed numerous areas in Blackmoss and Highlake where Hank could get stuck in the landscape.
  • Adjusted a mint bush in Highlake that was previously inaccessible.
  • Moved the Highlake workbench to a new location in the area to reduce the chance of the building mode breaking.
  • Fixed a bug where Management Quests that required specific levels of rooms to be built would not accept higher level rooms in their place as well.
  • Fixed the issue of guests not being able to interact with the Diner in the A24 after it was built.
  • Fixed a bug where the “Know It All” achievement would not be awarded correctly.
  • Implemented a Save Backup system in the background of the game, to temporarily reduce the chance of save corruption bugs occurring.
    • You’ll now be able to find backup saves in the game’s appdata folder.
  • Fixed a bug where guests without a bed would spam emotes when the player chose to sleep, which would slow the game down and cause the screen to occasionally freeze during the sleeping screen.
  • Fixed a bug where closing the game while cooking a meal in one of your resorts and starting a new save, would create a 20+ hour timer in the cooking feature of the new save file.
  • Fixed a bug where if a room edit had been started on a build target and was later changed by moving the camera, would create a string of issues that would break the building mode and would require a full reset to fix.
    • Editing rooms is now exclusively locked to the build target that the room belongs to.
