There are a few simple steps you need to follow to make sure your accounts are linked up.

Get a Call of Duty Account

The first thing you need to do is get a Call of Duty account. If you don’t already have one, you can easily set one up here. Once that’s done you can move on to the next step.

Link Call of Duty and Twitch

Make sure you’re signed into the Call of Duty website from the previous step. Now, you can head over to this page to link it over to your Twitch account. If you already have your Twitch account linked up to your CoD account, you may need to disable and re-link it. This ensures you have permission to receive drops to your account.

Watch Your Streamers

Next, head over to the Twitch Call of Duty Modern Warfare section and watch streamers that have drops enabled. Some of the big names that are currently streaming this game are DrDisrespect, NICKMERCS, and Nadeshot.

Call of Duty Twitch Drops

You will earn drops based on the amount of time you’ve watched Call of Duty Modern Warfare on Twitch. Here’s the breakdown:

  • 1 Hour = Swing into Action Calling Card
  • 2 Hours = Skull Trooper Emblem
  • 3 Hours = Crimson Standard Watch

That’s all you need to do to link up your Call of Duty and Twitch accounts in order to get some exclusive in-game cosmetics.
