Where to Find Magmar in Pokemon Legends Arceus
Magmar is found in the Molten Arena area of the Cobalt Coastlands in Pokemon Legends Arceus. Start by traveling over to any camp in the Cobalt Coastlands. From there, open up your map and then travel over to the Molten Arena. Follow the path, and you will immediately run into a Magmar.

How to Evolve Magmar into Magmortar in Pokemon Legends Arceus
To evolve Magmar into Magmortar, you will need to find and use the Magmarizer on Magmar. There are two different ways you can pick up a Magmarizer:
- Purchase it from the Exchange Shop
- Find it in Space Time Distortions
The Magmarizer is a fairly simple item to obtain. You have two options, the first of which is purchasing it from the Trading Shop in Jubilife Village. Speak with Simona, and you can pick one up from the Item Exchange for 1,400 Merit Points. If you don’t know how to get Merit Points, just go around collecting lost satchels.
The next method is by completing Space Time Distortions. As you complete these, you will be able to collect a bunch of different items from the ground. One such item is the Magmarizer!
No matter which option you choose to obtain a Magmarizer, once you have one, simply use it on Magmar to evolve it into Magmortar. There is no trading required for this one. There you have it; that’s how to find Magmar and evolve it into Magmortar in Pokemon Legends Arceus.
