Ever since the success of Riot Games’ television show based on their ever popular MOBA League of Legends, they have focused their attention on expanding the LoL universe in all new ways. From a newly accounced fighting game, to an MMO, the League of Legends IP is going in all new directions. And to further those directions, Riot has partnered up with developers Double Stallion to releaae Convergence: A Leauge of Legends Story. With a multi-platform release and a game that focuses more on the story of the game rather than the gameplay, let’s figure out how to play Convergence: A League of Legends Story.

A single player side-scrolling 2-D adventure isn’t normally what you think would come from a League of Legends game. Convergence places the player in the shoes of one of the all time classic LoL characters: Ekko. You control this time bending champion, travel the streets of Zaun, and fight in the belly of the Undercity.

You’ll come across a plethora of other notable champions throughout the game, and some of the might not be friendly. Those looking to try the game out can pick up Convergence: A League of Legends Story on Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, PC, and Xbox Series S/X. People have already praised the game for its sleek platforming combined with the seamless time traveling features. Plus, you can finally enjoy the interesting lore of League of Legends without running it down mid.
