How to get Frost Queen Cookie in Cookie Run Kingdom

The cold hard truth in most gacha games is that if you’re unlucky enough, it’s possible to never obtain something you want. Luckily, Cookie Run Kingdom has incorporated some methods that allow players to unlock even the best cookies if they are willing to put in a little time. And one new cookie is grabbing every player’s attention, and her name is the Frost Queen. It is possible to get the brand new legendary Frost Queen Cookie in Cookie Run Kingdom without spending a dime, and we’ll show you how.

Before we dive in, remember the old saying, “nothing good in life is free.” It rings true in many aspects of life, as is the case in the Cookie Run Kingdom game. Now, you don’t need to shell out any cold hard cash for this method, which is why we wanted to share it with you. However, you will need to dedicate some time to the grind. So, if you are willing to put in the work, here’s how to do it.

To get Frost Queen Cookie for free in Cookie Run Kingdom, you can purchase Frost Queen Soulstones from the Rainbow Shell Gallery using Rainbow Pearls. The process will take a while, as you can only purchase one Soulstone every three days, and it will rotate between Sea Fairy and Frost Queen. That means you can get 1 Soulstone every six days, and you will need 20 Soulstones for an individual cookie.

Cookie Run Kingdom Touc's Trading Port and Harbor

You will need Touc’s Trade Harbor to access the Rainbow Shell Gallery. Touc’s Trade Harbor released during the June 22, 2021 update. You can unlock it by reaching Cookie Castle Level 8 and upgrading the Trading Port, and you will also need to expand your territory to the proper location. One aspect of the harbor is the ability to trade Rainbow Pearls for Cookie Soulstones, and that’s how you can get all types of new cookies, including Legendaries!

If you are a newer player, it is important to work toward this goal if you want to take advantage of the Rainbow Shell Gallery.

Of course, it is also possible to simply get lucky and pull a Frost Queen Cookie from the gacha banners, particularly the Frost Crystal event. The latter requires Frost Crystals, an event-exclusive currency, to draw cookies.

The Frost Crystal Gacha rate for the Frost Queen Cookie is 0.301% or 1.0% for the Frost Queen Cookie’s Soulstones. There is also a 250 summon pity, so after 250 draws, you are guaranteed to get the Frost Queen Cookie.

The standard banner has a 0.054% chance to draw Frost Queen Cookie and a 0.305% chance to draw Frost Queen Cookie’s Soulstones. As you can see, the rate is much lower on the standard banner, so if you are after Frost Queen specifically, I’d recommend using the featured banner.
