New World Jewelcrafting Leveling Guide

New World Jewelcrafting Leveling Guide (0-200)

Jewelcrafting is one of the most useful professions in New World, as it allows you to craft jewelry for your character, namely Earrings, Amulets, and Rings. Jewelry can boast powerful stats and perks for your character, which are essential if you want to survive in the endgame content. Not to mention, this is one of the best money-making professions in the game. In this New World Jewelcrafting leveling guide, we’ll show you how to go from level 0-200 and all the materials you will need.

Leveling Jewelcrafting can be done in two ways, and in this guide, we’ll be assuming you don’t mind doing some fishing. The alternate route involves a lot of mining and purchasing things from the market, which can be too expensive for most players. We will also be reusing the Silver Settings and Silver Chains we craft, so make sure not to dispose of them.

Jewelcrafting is done at the Outfitting Station in any major settlement in New World. Simply visit any Outfitting Station, and search for the recipes below while following our guide. To cut gems, you will do this at the Stonecutting table. If you are looking for places to farm ore, check out our guides on where to find Silver and Gold.

New World Jewelcrafting Leveling Guide

Here is our complete Jewelcrafting leveling guide for New World, broken into four sections for every fifty levels:

Keep in mind that there is no “right” way to level Jewelcrafting. We find this route to be efficient, so feel free to follow it if you like. Some players may opt to make Gemmed Jewelry instead of Pearl Jewelry, which means you will substitute Pearls for Gems. As someone who enjoys fishing, I prefer this route over the other.

Jewelcrafting 0-50

  • Level 0-50: Silver Setting, Silver Chain, and Flawed Pearl Amulets
    • 51 Flawed Pearl
    • 510 Silver Ingot

You can craft exactly 51 Silver Settings and Silver Chains using 459 Silver Ingots (1,836 Silver Ore), and use those to make 51 Flawed Pearl Amulets. This works out so you’ll reach level 50 on the dot, making it the most efficient way to get started.

Alternatively, you can craft 51 Flawed Gem Amulets, Rings, or Earrings if you have the Cut Flawed Gems and Stonecutting requirements. The same process can be applied to the rest of the guide. Simply swap out the Pearls for Gems, but keep in mind you will need Motes, Wisps, Weak Solvent, and Gems to go this route.

Jewelcrafting 50-100

  • Level 50-55: Silver Setting and Silver Chain
    • 1107 Silver Ingot
  • Level 55-100: Pearl Amulet or Gem Amulet
    • 123 Silver Ingot
    • 123 Pearls

To get from Jewelcrafting level 55-100, you can make Pearl Amulets. You will need a total of 492 Silver Ore and 123 Pearls to make 123 Pearl Amulets. Pearls are derived from Ore Veins, so you may find a few as you’re mining for Silver, Iron, and other ores. You can also find some in Clams and Oysters, which you can get from fishing! Chances are you’ll resort to buying some from the Trading Post if you are looking to power-level this profession.

Alternatively, you can use 123 Cut Gems to make Gem Amulets or Rings.

Jewelcrafting 100-150

  • Level 100-101: Silver Setting
    • 1,316 Silver Ingot
  • Level 101-102: Silver Chain
    • 1,646 Silver ingot
  • Level 102-150: Brilliant Pearl Amulet
    • 329 Brilliant Pearl
    • 329 Silver Ingot
    • 329 Silver Setting
    • 329 Silver Chain

You’ll need a massive amount of Silver Ingots to go from Jewelcrafting level 100 to 150, as well as some Settings and Chains from previous steps and Brilliant Pearls. As you may already know, the Brilliant Pearls come from Oysters, which you can get from fishing. Again, refer to our Silver guide if you need some ore locations.

Alternatively, you can use 329 Cut Brilliant Gems to make Brilliant Gem Amulets, Rings, or Earrings.

Jewelcrafting 150-200

  • Level 150-151: Silver Setting and Silver Chain
    • 6120 Silver Ingot
  • Level 151-200: Pristine Pearl Amulet/Ring/Earring
    • 680 Pristine Pearl
    • 680 Silver Ingot
    • 680 Silver Setting
    • 680 Silver Chain

Finally, you’ll want to craft about 680 Silver Settings and Silver Chains, and use them to craft the same number of Pristine Pearl Amulets, Rings, or Earrings. When that’s done, you’ll have reached the maximum Jewelcrafting level.

Alternatively, you can use 680 Cut Pristine Gems to make Pristine Gem Amulets, Rings, or Earrings.

Overall, like many professions in New World, reaching level 200 Jewelcrafting will require a lot of time or money investment. The sheer amount of gems or pearls you will need requires hours upon hours of fishing or mining.
