Clear your weekend schedule because from Friday until Monday, anyone can participate in the beta for the hack-and-slash action RPG that defined the genre. Diablo 2 Resurrected Open Beta Start Time

Diablo 2 Resurrected Open Beta begins on FridayAugust 20, 2021.

The start time is as follows:

  • East Coast US: 1:00 PM EDT
  • West Coast US: 10 AM PDT
  • Europe: 7:00 PM CEST
  • UK: 6:00 PM BST

Diablo 2 Resurrected Open Beta will be available until Monday, August 23, 2021.

The Diablo 2 Resurrected Open Beta is available on Windows PC, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation 4. Play with up to eight players in a single game. Test your skills out against your friends or other players in duels for the ultimate prize: their ear!

Playable areas include Act I: The Sightless Eye and Act II: The Secret of the Vizjeri. Completely redone cinematics are also viewable during the Open Beta period. If you have participated in the Early Access from August 13, your progress should carry over into the Open Beta.

How can I participate in the Diablo 2 Resurrected Open Beta?

The Diablo 2 Resurrected Open Beta is open to anyone who wants to participate. PC players can pre-load Open Beta via Battle.net beginning on August 18, while console players can pre-load Open Beta on August 17 via their respective store pages (Xbox Live Marketplace and PlayStation Store). 

The Open Beta does have controller support, but it is still under development. Blizzard improved allocating skills on a controller, viewable in the patch notes, and will likely improve on this more prior to launch.
