How to Get Necrotic Grip Exotic Gauntlets in Destiny 2 Lightfall

The touch of Death.

There are challenges, and then there are challenges. You know what I mean. It is one thing to complete a section without dying, and it is another thing to complete it without being hit. Or even without ranged weapons, blinded, or with other variations that will make things less accessible. Well, the most important factor is difficulty and today will be the defining factor for achieving what we are trying to achieve. Here is how to get Necrotic Grip Exotic Gauntlets in Destiny 2 Lightfall.

How to Get Necrotic Grip Exotic Gauntlets

Well, at least the necrotic grip applies to the grip and not to your arm, otherwise, we would be doing a different guide today. Anyway, these special Exotic Gauntlets were first introduced in Beyond Light and they feature the perk called Grasp of the Devourer. This will allow the player to damage the enemy and envenom them, causing the enemies to receive increasing quantities of damage over time. So, yeah, we must get it, now. But things have changed, and Lightfall and the Season of the Defiance are currently online. So how to get the Necrotic Grip Exotic Gauntlets? Well, you may not like the answer.

Or maybe you will if you like a big and impossible challenge. Maybe. You see, to unlock the Necrotic Grip Exotic Gauntlets, you will have to go ahead and Solo Lost Sectors on either Legend or Master difficulty. Before unlocking those difficulties, you will have to complete the normal version of said Lost Sector and then reach a Power level of 1200. Each difficulty has its power requirements and different drop chance. Picking Master difficulty will be a more unforgiving experience but you will have more chances to get the Gauntlets. You will find them in the table below, but one thing you have to take into account is that the items dropped in Lost Sector vary on a daily manner. Make sure to check out the item types being dropped in TodayInDestiny.

The Lost Sectors found in Lightfall are the Thrilladome Lost Sector, Hydroponics Delta, and Gilded Precept. They are located in Liming Harbor, Zephyr Concourse, and Ahimsa Park sectors of Neomuna, respectively. Be sure to check out the other Lost Sectors across the galaxy to be ready for deployment. Go ahead and level up even more than the level requirements shown in the table above to have an easier time while running them in Legend and Master difficulty. Good luck!
