All confirmed melee weapons

Here are all the confirmed melee weapons in Sons of the Forest:

  • Tactical / combat axe – This axe looks like more of a weapon that will be found or salvaged and not crafted by the player.
  • Hatchet – The hatched looks more traditional, and is more seen used as a tool but doubles as a weapon.
  • Stun Rod / Electrical Poker – For a brief moment, this can be seen in the trailer. Most likely non-lethal.
  • Wooden Pike – This weapon is actually seen being made in the trailer. This will be the worst but easiest to craft.

All confirmed ranged weapons

Here are all the confirmed ranged weapons in Sons of the Forest:

  • Pistol – It is speculated that the player will probably start with this weapon.
  • Shotgun – There is no way you are crafting a whole shotgun, so this weapon will most likely found somewhere in the map. In the trailers, it looked as though there could be two different shotgun types.
  • Crossbow – This weapon looks very well articulated, so it will either be difficult to craft or will be found only.
  • Bow – This wooden bow is definitely an early-game craftable weapon. Looks crude but effective.
  • Molotov Cocktail – Will definitely be craftable and very useful. Getting the ingredients may be tricky, however.
