Taming horses is an art, and an activity you will be able to do in this MMORPG. These future steeds are found across the land, and getting them to join your cause is quite a unique experience in Gloria Victis. You will see what I mean in a second. For the meantime, keep your horse riding dreams at bay, and prepare yourself for a challenge. Here is how to tame horses in Gloria Victis.

How to Tame Horses in Gloria Victis

Horses, like in real life, can be found in a lot of places across Gloria Victis. Depending on each nation’s Native Territory, their appearance and spawns will change. They often spawn and pair and have an average spawn time of 30 minutes. That means that finding one available depends on the amount of people trying to tame these creatures, which could take a while depending on their availability. Rarer colors and appearances will appear at dangerous and remote areas. So, once you find your ideal horse, you will of course want to tame it.

In order to do so, approach the horse unarmed and press E. Instead of just taming it and be done with it, you will play a mini-game of sorts. You will have to click the according direction when it appears in the screen. At the radial, you will be able to see the following directions, so you can foresee what will come. Each successful click will combo, and if you get it wrong, you will reset it. Each click will cost some stamina, and when finished, according to your results, you will determine the horse’s max level and age.

You will be able to name your Horse or discard it by pressing X. If you like your horse, you will be able to ride it while using the walk key. You will be able to summon your mount by pressing T and get on or off from it with the same key as well. Be sure to look for the best stats and age in your horse and play the mini-game to the best of your ability.
