The Charm of the Learner is a great item to pick up during exploration in Chained Echoes. The reason for this is its crucial role in increasing the amount of SP you gain from battling. Where to Find the Charm of the Learner in Chained Echoes

As you are proceeding through the Main Questline of Chained Echoes, you will inevitably make your way to Tormund. There is no fast-travel means to get to this Town as you will not have either the Airship or Sky Armor unlocked at this point. That is if you are currently playing through Act 1 of the game. The Quest you will be automatically fulfilling is the ‘Killing in the Rain‘ Quest following on from your journey through Fiorwoods. Once you gain full access to freely explore the rainy Town you should head to the western side of Tormund. In this quieter side of town, you need to find the Church.

From here, you will see a cemetery directly behind the Church. Go to the back-left side of the Graveyard, in the corner where you will find a Red Chest. Interact with it and you will obtain the Charm of the Learner. Make sure that you explore Tormund to its fullest potential otherwise you will miss out on great items such as this Charm which can help you massively in the game.

Upon obtaining the Charm of the Learner, all you need to do to use it is equip it as an accessory in order to use its powers.
