Where to Find Emergency Rations in Warzone 2.0 DMZ

A state of Emergency

Warzone 2.0 DMZ feels like a throwback to Modern Warfare 2 Spec Ops Missions. Where players can partake in completing Missions as part of Tiers within 3 separate Factions. As you progress through the Tiers, its missions increase in difficulty. With this, you are rewarded with various items such as Weapons, Contraband, Blueprints, Key Cards and a ton of XP upon mission completion. One of the Missions to complete is titled ‘Medical Mule’, which is the fifth mission of Tier 3’s White Lotus Faction. This Mission focusses on a players ability in locating medical supplies and drop them off to their correct destination. This is our guide on where to find emergency rations for the ‘Medical Mule’ Mission in DMZ.

Medical Mule Mission Summary

This Tier 3 Mission asks players to locate various medical supplies and drop the supplies off at the correct drop point. The objectives of the Mission are as follows:

  • Find and deliver 20 Stims to the drop off point in Al Sammam Cemetery.
  • Collect and deliver 10 Emergency Rations to the drop off point in Al Sammam Cemetery.
  • Finally, extract 5 Self Revives from the site to successfully complete the mission.

With the Mission set, players are not told where to find these supplies. All we know is what we need to look for. The drop off points are dumpsters located around the map that are typically used throughout the Faction Missions. Therefore, players will be used to this portion of the Mission. However, for those struggling to find the location of Emergency Rations, this guide will point you in the right direction.

Where to Find Emergency Rations for ‘Medical Mule’

Stims can be found on the bodies of enemies which you have taken down. These can drop on any enemy, regardless of their value level or how long it takes to kill. Stims can also be found as medical supplies in first aid kits inside houses on the wall. Look out for the white first aid kit. You can also go into the Mission with Stims equipped and use a Munitions Box to replenish your stock to take to you at the drop off point.

You will have a much easier time locating or exploiting the Munitions Box purchase at the Buy Station to complete the first objective of ‘Medical Mule’. However, searching for Emergency Rations are going to be a lot easier to find. We recommend searching these areas for Emergency Rations:

  • Inside fridges of Houses. Search the bathroom cabinets for Stims too. The amount you will obtain from each fridge will vary.
  • Check Warehouses with industrial size fridges.

The Emergency Rations are primarily be found inside fridges so keep that in mind when attempting this Mission. Try not to hold too many at one time in case of inventory bugs or getting overwhelmed by enemies near the drop off zone.

Completing the Mission

The dumpster to use as the drop point is on the eastern wall of the Sa’id City Mall. You will find two dumpsters on the wall. Interact with dumpster on the right, where a window will appear for you to place the Emergency Rations inside. You can put in both Stims and Emergency Rations to empty your backpack at any point in the Mission. We recommend doing this often to save space and to limit the amount of time you are holding your items as enemies can appear around the open-world at any moment. Keep in mind that the drop off area is guarded, we recommend bringing a vehicle to use as cover as you deposit the supplies.

Finally, we recommend saving up $7500 for the purchase of a Self Revive. We recommend completing Contracts to build up your money. The best thing to do is to use the Buy Station. Here you can purchase both the Self Revives and Munitions Boxes which will be useful for replenishing Stims.
