There are plenty of unique perks to choose from when using the Ascendant Scepter, and all of them will give advantages to your Guardian in one way or another. Here is a comprehensive list of all the best perks available for this Seasonal Artifact!

The Anti-Barrier Pulse Rifle Perk

This perk will make your equipped Pulse Rifles have shield-piercing rounds and stun Barrier Champions, as well as always making them overcharged whenever possible in the game. It is certainly powerful for players who enjoy using the Pulse Rifles in Destiny 2.

The Overload Bow Perk

Any damage caused by your fully drawn arrows from equipped Bows will also cause disruption. This is powerful because it will stun the target and delay and ability energy regeneration, and also lower combatant damage output. We recommend using this perk against Overload Champions, because this is a great counter to those foes.

The Authorized Mods: Solar Perk

This perk will lower the armor energy costs of all armor mods which are affecting your Solar weapons. By giving you a huge discount on the energy costs of these Solar weapons, players employing builds featuring this type of weapon will be able to maximize their combat effectiveness and wreak havoc on their enemies in battle.

The Unstoppable Scout Rifle Perk

Whenever you aim down the sights of a Scout Rifle, even for only a short amount of time, you will load a payload with explosive potential. This will then stun any hostiles who happen to be unshielded, meaning you can quickly take them out after. This is a perk which we heavily recommend is used against Unstoppable Champions in battle.

The Multi-Siphon Mods Perk

This perk will allow you to also have armor mods in your helmet which combine the effects of the Solar, Void and Strand Siphon mods in the game. Adding this perk to your repertoire will certainly help to boost your performance in the fray and be a menace to any who dare stand against you.

The Shatter Orbs Perk

Breaking a foe’s shield in Destiny 2 with this perk active will enable you to create an Orb of Power if you break that shield with a matching damage type. This is great for players who find themselves going up against enemies who use a lot of shields, because it will give them an upper hand in the fight thanks to the Orb of Power.

The Counterweave Perk

This perk is great for those playing with others in their fireteam, but can also be used alone if you wish. Whenever you or a fellow fireteam member manages to stun or defeat a Champion, you will gain energy for your least-charged Strand ability. This can be helpful in a pinch when you need your abilities to recharge quickly in the middle of a fight.

The Threaded Blast Perk

This helpful perk will give you a larger and more damaging explosion when you use a Strand weapon to destroy a Tangle. Helpful for creating area of effect damage and wiping out multiple enemies at once, this perk is a powerful buff to anyone who prefers using Strand weapons in their loadout.

The Prismatic Transfer Perk

This is another perk that is beneficial to players who are in a fireteam. Using the Prismatic Transfer perk will enable every other player in your fireteam to gain a bonus to weapon damage when they have a subclass damage type different than yours, after you cast your Super. This can be extremely beneficial to your fireteam when you are working on taking down a tough boss or wave of enemies in the game.

Rain of Firebolts

Last, but certainly not least, rounding out our top ten list is the Rain of Firebolts perk. This strong upgrade will let you gain a second grenade charge whenever you have Firebolt Grenades equipped. After all, who doesn’t love more explosives? Bring more destructive power with you to a fight when you make use of this perk to help quickly mop the floor with your enemies!
