So, who is Eido? Well, she’s a Fallen, or Eliksni – obviously. Specificly, she’s a Fallen Scribe that falls under the banner of the House of Light. More importantly, though, is the fact that she’s the adoptive daughter of Mithraks, the leader of the House of Light and a trusted ally of the Last City.

At one point when Mithraks was still a Vandal, not a Captain, he was clearing the battlefield of a House of Devils skiff with the then Queen’s Wrath Sjur Eido. Mithraks found Eido in a ventillation shaft, still only a hatchling. After being took in, Eido took her name from “his first Awoken friend,” clearly meaning Sjur Eido.

We got our first proper look at Eido during Season of the Splicer, where she is identified in the flesh as “Eido, Daughter of Misraaks” in the Eliksni quarter of the Last City. However, she was first mentioned in tattered notes written by Mithraks in the Destiny 2’s Season of Opulence.

Now, though, she’s finally getting some time in the spotlight as a member of our pirate crew. We know she holds the ideals of her father close to her heart and truely believes in cooporation with humanity. However, she’s also not naive enough to believe that’s an easily attainable goal. Along with that, her fascination and interest with Fallen history has made her a key ally for dealing with Eramis in Season of Plunder.
