Where to Use Hotel Employee Fridge Key in Warzone 2.0 DMZ

Stocked up, waiting for the War.

DMZ Season 2 brings players a new Map to learn and enjoy, Ashika Island. Here, players can complete Faction Missions and find new Special Keys to obtain upgraded loot in their deployment. The Special Keys of Al Mazrah will remain the same, with the exact locations previously used in Season 1. But Ashika Island brings on more randomized Special Key drops with new locations for players to get upgraded gear. For players who have obtained the Employee Fridge Key, this guide will show you where to find the door that it opens.

What Does the Employee Fridge Key Open?

If you study this Special Key in your Backpack, the details tell you that you will need to head to the Map coordinates, F6 where the Hotel can be found. The Hotel in question is located north-east of the Beach Club and directly north of City Hall. You should refer to the screenshot below for the exact location of the Hotel. From here, players need to stay on the ground floor and head to the back of the Hotel, through the front desk and into the Staff Room. You can run to the location listed below of where the Player Icon is located and you will end up in front of the Employee Fridge.

A handwritten note can be found inside, written by a man named Jiro who offers his weapons as an opportunity to fight back to retake Ashika Island. Inside the Fridge, players will find three weapons, of which these will be randomized loot and will not always be the same. All of these are Contraband Weapons which you can use within multiple deployments if you exfil safely with them in hand. These can then be equipped to your Loadout if you do not have these Weapons available for an insured slot.

When looking for the Special Keys in Ashika Island, players should first check the Buy Station. If the Special Key you are looking for is not there, do not worry as you can take down the common enemies of Ashika Island to obtain these Keys too. Of course, their drop is randomly generated and you do not know what you will get. But you should head to any named location on the Map for common spawns and clear the area. Loot the bodies for possible Special Key drops. You can also go down the method of looting containers such as Supply Crates and Duffle Bags which can also hold these Keys. Keep in mind that Common Keys drop here too so you should look out for the Keys that have a gold icon in your Backpack.
