Where to get Fresh Gorm Gris in World of Warcraft Shadowlands

Sometimes it’s easy to miss the obvious things in World of Warcraft Shadowlands. After questing for countless hours, our minds start to wonder, and overlooking some blatant quest items becomes all too easy. One quest in Ardenweald called Delivery for Guardian Kota asks you to deliver some Gorm Gris to an NPC in Tirna Vaal. Here’s where to get Fresh Gorm Gris in World of Warcraft Shadowlands.

Where to get Fresh Gorm Gris in World of Warcraft Shadowlands

The Fresh Gorm Gris is located on the ground right next to the NPC quest giver. It’s easy to miss because you’ll need to do a few other objectives, and you may wander off too soon. There’s also a good chance someone’s mount or another player was hiding the quest objective. Either way, you likely missed it and became utterly confused like me.

So you don’t need to go out and kill a dozen of the worm-looking Gloober mobs in hopes of finding your Fresh Gorm Gris. All you need to do is look on the ground directly next to Master Sha’lor’s feet. The quest item is part of the Delivery for Guardian Kota questline, in which players need to deliver some Gorm Gris to Guardian Kota in Tirna Vaal.

The most significant confusion about this quest is that the quest item is displayed on the creature’s nameplate. For World of Warcraft veterans, this usually implies that you need to kill the mob to get the quest item. As we now know, this is not the case, and possibly an oversight from Blizzard when designing the quest. If you went out and killed dozens of Gormlings in hopes of getting the item, you’re not alone.
