Being a game that enjoys planting Keys in places that make you question your sanity, you have to change how you view finding valuable items in the game as almost all can be found close to the point of interest or the door you are trying to open. Location Guide for Dead Catch Records Studio Key

The Dead Catch Records Building can be found on the northern peak of the Redfall Map, on the perimeter and edge of the Island. It is located north-east and between the two rivers that flow into the Island. The locked door you are after is located on the top floor, next to the wall of encased Vinyl Records. Just like other Keys in Redfall, these are planted in areas incredibly close to the locked door that can make you feel like it they had not respawned in time of your initial search.

For the Records Studio, the Key you need for the locked door can be found downstairs from the door’s location, inside the main room of the Records Building. You need to check the table opposite the fridge and microwaves, where a radio can be seen. The Records Studio Key is on the edge of this table. There is a giant red tag attached to the set of Keys for a visual aid. Keep in mind that this area has Cultists inside that you will need to take out. Even after you unlock the Records Studio door, there will be the DJ waiting for you on the other side so make sure that you are ready to take them out.
