Where to Find Russian Hard Drive and Upload Station in Warzone 2.0 DMZ – Vondel Investigation Mission Guide

Let's hope this isn't a one-way trip

Call of Duty is far from a horror game, but entering that Graveyard after hours of gameplay to complete your Missions and safely exfil can sometimes hit you with jumpscares. Regardless of the time of day when entering the Graveyard, the enemy AI have a 6-foot hole dug in place ready for your arrival. A visit to the Graveyard is far from peaceful as bullets await you the moment you set foot. So when looking for key items, get your running shoes ready or use those well-placed gravestones as cover when getting passed. If you go in naively, you may find yourself terrified by the grim reapers waiting on the other side. This is Vincent’s guide on how to complete the Tier 3 White Lotus Mission, Vondel Investigation in Warzone 2.0 DMZ.

Where to Find Russian Hard Drive

We are four Seasons into DMZ so at this point players should be very used to versing the enemy AI in the game, whilst roaming around the landscapes in search for key items needed for Mission completions. Vondel Investigation is no different. However, in having to visit the Graveyard to find the mysteriously dropped Hard Drive, you may find yourself feeling much like how I feel running into a full 3-man contesting a popular spot. Because of this, you may wish to enter the Graveyard landmark of Vondel via the south west side. We will always recommend utilizing the rivers as a way to be hidden until you need to pounce on a target. For this reason, you should go directly to the south west side of Graveyard and enter by jumping the wall on the west corner. The Hard Drive can be found on the floor, behind the Mausoleum.

Where to Find an Upload Station

Whilst there is no set destination for an Upload Station, players can opt to complete a Secure Intel Contract which appears like a walkie-talkie with a question mark icon inside on the map overview. Keep in mind that if this does not appear in your deployment then you will have to exfil and repeat the Mission until you find the Secure Intel Contract to complete. As you complete this Contract, this will lead you directly to an Upload Station that you will need for the next part of the Vondel Investigation Mission. After you complete the Contract, interact with the Upload Station once more where this time you will insert the Hard Drive that you found. You need to stay here as the data uploads where after completing the process, the Mission will end.

Our important note for this Mission is that you will need to find the Hard Drive first and then the Secure Intel Mission. We recommend that as soon as you enter the game, you search the map overview for a Secure Intel Contract before heading to the Graveyard. When a location for the Contract is secured where you can pin it on your map, head to the Graveyard to find the Hard Drive and then go complete the Contract to gain access to the Upload Station. Because multiple Operators may be doing this at the same time, it is best to keep an eye out when looking for the Hard Drive and Contract, especially as you may be followed and shot at when uploading the Hard Drive into the Station.
