What is Cream Cheese Used for in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet?

Cream Cheese is one of the many sandwich ingredients used in the Picnic function. The Picnic is a new function similar to that of Sword and Shield camping. It allows players to interact with their Pokémon in the active party and feed them meals. The new process of sandwich making gives players temporary Meal Powers. These last 30 minutes and help the players in various means depending on the ingredients used in the sandwich. From an increased encountering and catching chance to the bonuses in EXP and dropped items. The Meal Powers from sandwiches are incredibly helpful, especially for those farming EXP.

Where to Find Cream Cheese

Cream Cheese is first located in the sweet ingredient stall called Artisan Bakery. Players can find this stall in two spots in the Paldea region. The first and earliest stall to visit to grab a bunch of ingredients useful for encountering specific Pokémon-Types is in the central city of Mesagoza. On the western side of the city, players can find the shops Sure Cans, Deli Cioso and Artisan Bakery for sandwich ingredients. Refer to the screenshot below for an exact location of Artisan Bakery (black circle on the map).

The second Artisan Bakery can be found as a small found vendor in the Porto Marinada Markets. This Market is located at the far west side of Paldea on the border of the region. It is between West Province (Area Two) and the Asado Desert. This Artisan Bakery is located on the far-right aisle of the Market after climbing the Market staircase.

The final place where players can pick up some Cream Cheese is in Levincia. This is the eastern city of Paldea, once again, overseeing the sea and sitting on the region border. In the northern side of Levincia players can enter the Aquiesta Supermarket. This store also houses Cream Cheese and many other ingredient and condiment options for sandwich making. Cream Cheese sells for 280 Pokemon Dollars. Whether you are travelling towards a Mass Outbreak or searching for rarer ingredients, the Aquiesta is a great place to stop by to stock up on sandwich ingredients.
